AGREED ORDERS:
All
agreed orders must be submitted via COURTMAP. ALL Orders MUST be submitted in WORD format on the

motion and supporting documents or a letter of explanation.
Once submitted, the order will remain in “Pending” status until it is either entered or rejected by the Court.

Unilaterally Hearings: When requesting to unilaterally set a hearing, the parties must make at least three attempts to coordinate and schedule the hearing with the opposing party.
After three scheduling attempts have been made, please email the Judicial Assistant to request approval to unilaterally set the hearing. The email should include documentation of the three scheduling attempts and a copy of the motion to be heard.

1) JURY TRIAL:
Calendar Calls are in person and set by the Court. Calendar call is by zoom, and the trial is in person.
***NOTE: If the case resolve, please efile Notice of Settlement or Voluntary Dismissal and email a courtesy copy to chambers requesting it be taken off the trial calendar.
2) NON-JURY TRIAL:
Non-Jury Trials are held in person, unless a motion to appear telephonically is submitted and/or approved by the court.
**NOTE:
The parties must submit all evidence no less than 7 Business days
prior to the trial, by going to the clerk's e-filing portal and using
the Evidence submission button.
PROPOSED ORDERS:
All proposed orders must be submitted in Word format
using the pre-generated blank order form on courtMAP. Each submission must be accompanied
by the corresponding motion and all supporting documents or a letter of
explanation.
*Note: CourtMAP automatically populates the case
style, order title, judge’s signature block, and the "Done and
Ordered" language. Also ensure your order follows Administrative Order (AOC22-02). If not, your order will be rejected.
SPECIAL SET HEARINGS:

**TELEPHONIC APPEARANCE: Telephonic hearings are heald on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you need to appear telephonic on any in-person day, a motion for telephonic appearance MUST be submitted through CourtMap along with an order for Judge's approval. The Motion must include the reason for the request.
ATTORNEY FEES & EVIDENTIARY HEARING
Attorney’s Fees and Evidentiary Hearings must be scheduled through the Special Set Calendar. The Court does not require the use of a specific spreadsheet format. Parties may use their preferred format when submitting the necessary information.
All evidence and/or exhibits must be submitted through the Clerk’s Portal prior to the scheduled hearing.
NOTE: If documents are more than 50 pages, parties can submit a binder 7 days prior to hearings
